Adv. Atul Matkar, M.Com, LLB, ACS

Mr. Atul Matkar is an associate member of the ICSI and a law graduate with over 18 years of experience in corporates in the field of compliance, legal, secretarial and IPR. He has also completed banking compliance professional certification from IIBF and D.B.M. from IMPS. He has worked as Company Secretary and Head of Legal in diverse industries such as NBFC (Micro-Finance), Payment Industry, BFSI, Power, ITES, Pharma and E-surveillance industry.

 

He has handled about 200 litigations in Ingram Micro and acted as Compliance Officer in Reliance Payment Solutions/FINO (NBFC). He was also instrumental in private equity round with foreign investors and handled mergers & acquisitions. He specializes in regulatory compliance and advisory to non-banking financial companies and payment banks. He has joined Zeromile Consultants Pvt Ltd as a senior consultant since March 2021.
